Jack Charles Cooper April 10, 1947 – April 6, 2023
Jack passed away at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years Mary Margaret (Maggie) Cooper (nee Berlinguette). He will be forever loved by his two children Adam Cooper and Shannon Cooper (Laura Toombs). Jack is survived by his brother Gary Cooper (Bonnie), extended family members, nephews and nieces
Jack graduated from the Western Business school (1970) and continued successfully in business as an accountant where he was a respected leader and friend. Jack was proudly on the Boards of the Dorothy Ley Hospice and the Harold Ballard Foundation. Giving back to his community was his passion.
Jack’s other passion was cooking. He completed the “Jack Cooper’s Family Cookbook” with many of his favourite BBQ recipes. After retirement he continued golfing and travelling with friends and family.
Celebration of Life will be held at the Lambton Golf & Country Club, April 23 from 3-5.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s memory may be made to the Dorothy Ley Hospice.
