Yoga Nidra


Yoga Nidra is yogic sleep and is recognized by researchers as one of the most effective yogic tools in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and spiritual distress. It can be practiced by anyone. There is no need to move in this session. You will be guided through 30 minutes of body and breath awareness and visualization while in any comfortable position – on a bed or recliner.

This session is part of a series running on Thursdays from April 3 to May 29 from 8 to 8:30 p.m. You can join any time during the series. The sessions are held online on Zoom.
