Stretch, flow and grow yoga
This is a gentle flow that is accessible to people of all ages, abilities and experience. Come join us in a weekly hourly class that is calming yet energizing. Together we will breathe, stretch, circulate and balance our inner and outer selves with curious minds and open hearts. Through a style of yoga called Prana Vinyasa, we explore ways that our breath, hands, limbs and ultimately entire body movements nourish our body and soul. This class can be done lying down, seated or standing. There is a class limit of 6 participants.
Sessions run Thursdays from 10 to 11 a.m. from May 22 to June 26 in-person at the hospice centre, 220 Sherway Dr. in Etobicoke.
