Monday night meditation


Join us for a 6-week online series designed to introduce a range of meditation practices and their benefits. Each session will guide you in grounding yourself in the present moment through breath awareness, sound, mindful movement (seated or standing), and mantra. Open to all levels of experience and physical ability. Mondays, 7 to 7:30 p.m. from May 5 to June 16 (no class May 19)
