Donor Spotlight: Why I Give Monthly

I’m a monthly donor to Dorothy Ley Hospice because I believe deeply in their promise that no one should have to face serious illness, end of life, or loss alone.
What moves me most is how Dorothy Ley Hospice cares for the whole person—and the whole family—whether that support happens at home, through community programs, or in their beautiful, home‑like residential hospice during the final weeks of life.
The incredible team, including nurses, physicians, care coordinators and volunteers show up every day with compassion, kindness, and respect, caring not only for physical comfort but also for emotional and spiritual well‑being.
Knowing that these services are provided at no cost, and made possible through community support, is why I give monthly.
It’s a small, steady way to help ensure this care is always there when families need it most.
