New Volunteer Information Session

Volunteers with The Dorothy Ley Hospice find self-fulfillment by making a difference in the lives of others.  Although more than half of our team of volunteers are involved with direct care, others volunteer their time at fundraising events, in administration, and on special committees.

Our Next Information Sessions are:

Wednesday, August 25 at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, September 8 at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, September 22 at 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 7 at 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 21 at 6:30 p.m. 

(Join us for a tour of the Centre followed by a presentation.)

Butterfield Education Centre, Lower floor, 220 Sherway Dr. at The Dorothy Ley Hospice
(behind the 190 building, entrance from Sherway Dr.).

Volunteer Appreciation Barbeque

Our volunteers will be recognized for all their hard work and contribution to the success of The Dorothy Ley Hospice on Thursday, July 8, 2010.  All volunteers are welcome.  This year we will be celebrating this event in parttnership with our sister hospice Perram House.
